The Greeley Project is a 72 MW combined-cycle generating facility located in Greeley, Colorado. Greeley commenced commercial operation in 1988. Atlantic Power indirectly owns 100% of the Project.
Greeley sells its capacity and electric energy to Public Service Company of Colorado (PSCo) under a power purchase agreement expiring in 2013. Steam produced by the plant serves the district heating needs of the 240 acre University of Northern Colorado campus. Greeley is operated and managed by Atlantic Power.
